    Oct. 26, 2025 / PRZen / ATLANTA — As NIL deals continue to reshape student athletics and challenge the fairness of competition, Eye Candy Studios has launched a crowdfunding campaign on Seed&Spark to produce “NAWFSIDE,” a short drama examining the intersection of youth sports, identity, and ambition.

    The film follows a rising Black basketball star growing up in suburban Atlanta who must choose between chasing athletic fame and following a deeper personal calling.

    “NAWFSIDE” is directed by Jordan Dilwood a.k.a. Coda of Eye Candy Studios, who is known as a co-producer of the 12-episode show Cycles and the short film A Hopeless Father. Producing “NAWFSIDE” is The ARADA Company, headed by Ivan Carrasquillo Diaz, who worked on set of Avatar: The Way of Water.

    The Eye Candy-ARADA duo aims to raise $30,000 to compensate the cast and crew and to secure key filming locations near Atlanta. Any funds raised beyond this goal will support film festival submissions and a contribution to the Gwinnett County education department.

    “NAWFSIDE” enters production at a critical time in youth sports, as young athletes and their families wrestle with the effects of Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) policies that have turned high-school sports into a marketplace of brands, influence, and public pressure. Originally designed to allow college athletes to benefit from their image rights, these policies have increasingly influenced high school competition, bringing new challenges around fairness, access, and identity.

    The film approaches these themes through the story of Jaymin Barber, a high school student torn between basketball and music. Caught between personal ambition and the expectations of those around him, Jaymin faces a choice between external success and inner purpose.

    For Gwinnett County native Dilwood, “NAWFSIDE” is a deeply personal project.

    ‘NAWFSIDE’ is my love letter to where I grew up,” Dilwood said. “It’s the mixtape of every hoop dream, heartbreak, and creative spark I’ve ever seen in my community.”

    Damian Delano Young, who portrayed a young Michael Jordan in Ben Affleck’s Air, stars as Jaymin alongside Frantz Calixte, Justin Edwards, and Alessandro Folchitto. Xzaviah J. Stone Sr. serves as lead screenwriter, with Miffy Hornsby as production designer and art director. Tony DiCaro-Smith joins as unit production manager and video editor.

    The crowdfunding campaign will run from October 27 to November 27. Rehearsals are scheduled to take place concurrently with the campaign. Afterward, the team will finalize casting, secure filming locations, and conduct final rehearsals in preparation for production.

    Principal photography is planned for March 4–11, followed by post-production. The completed film is expected to be released in fall 2026, with festival submissions and screenings to follow.

    Oct. 29, 2025 / PRZen / LONDON & WASHINGTON — A new survey by international investment migration firm La Vida Golden Visas reveals that political polarization and safety concerns are driving a record surge in Americans pursuing second residencies or citizenships abroad.

    The La Vida American Investor Survey, conducted in October 2025 among over 10,000 U.S.-based clients, found that 85.1% of respondents cited political reasons as the primary factor behind their interest in investment migration — more than double those who listed healthcare (39.1%) or the rising cost of living (35.9%) as major influences.

    “Plan B” Becomes a Priority for Wealthy Americans

    When asked about their goals for obtaining a second residency or citizenship, 76.4% said they were seeking a “Plan B” or back-up option, while 52% said they were considering relocation in the future.

    “In just a few years, the motivations of American investors have shifted dramatically,” said Paul Williams, CEO of La Vida Golden Visas. “What used to be about convenience, travel, or lifestyle has now become about security, political stability, and ensuring their families have options in uncertain times.”

    Political Divide Reflected in Migration Intentions

    The survey found that Democrats made up 46% of respondents, compared to 10% identifying as Republicans and 29% as Independents — a strong indication that left-leaning voters are leading the push for overseas residency options.

    This finding aligns with La Vida’s internal analytics, which showed that 14 of the top 15 U.S. states searching for Golden Visa programs after the 2024 elections were Democratic-leaning.

    “The trend is clear — Americans are increasingly looking outward,” Williams added. “Political polarization has reached a point where many feel they need a contingency plan, regardless of where they stand ideologically.”

    Safety, Lifestyle, and Quality of Life Among Top Concerns

    Beyond politics, survey participants expressed deep concerns about gun violence, cultural division, and the erosion of work-life balance in the United States. Respondents said these issues are prompting them to seek a calmer, safer environment abroad.

    “We’re hearing from clients who want a better quality of life — one that prioritizes safety, education, and stability,” said Williams. “They’re not necessarily looking to leave America right away, but they want the freedom to choose when and how they do.”

    Where Americans Are Investing

    In the past year, Portugal has remained the top destination for U.S. investors pursuing European residency through investment, offering flexible private equity fund options. Italy’s new Golden Visa program is gaining momentum, while Greece continues to attract interest with its real estate pathway starting from €250,000.

    For investors seeking immediate citizenship, Grenada stands out as the leading choice, offering a family of four the option to invest in real estate for under $400,000.

    Nearly half of survey participants reported a net worth between $1 million and $5 million, with over one-third above $5 million.

    ATLANTA, Oct. 23, 2025 / PRZen / The Tree That Could Not Change is a children’s story that asks a simple question: what if you cannot do what everyone else seems to do? In the grove, the oaks are proud when autumn arrives. Their leaves turn yellow, orange, and red, and the forest celebrates with animals delaying their winter migration just to join in. All of this joy sets the stage for one small tree in the middle that has been waiting for this moment all year. It finally has green leaves after years of nothing, and now it wants to glow in shades of red like its neighbors. Spoiler: it does not.

    The young tree watches the older oaks change first. Then the others follow. Its moment comes. It pushes, it wills, it believes. Yet the leaves stay green. The animals notice. The oaks notice. The little tree notices most of all. It mumbles, “I don’t understand,” and that line just about sums up the heartbreak.

    Weeks pass. The tree works harder than any oak around. Some oaks offer advice, but most back away, confused and unsure. The season keeps moving without it. The oaks release their leaves.     This does not even factor in federal improper payment estimates. If improper payments were made through Netverse phones or devices to recipients, they have the ability to be timely clawed back.
