  • Beyond Work-Life Balance: Italian company Trenton Redefines Parenthood as a Strategic Management Soft Skill

Trenton Spa has launched an innovative social laboratory project that treats parenthood not as a personal hurdle, but as a fundamental professional soft skill

“I believe in the integrity and uniqueness of the person,” explains Giovetti.”
    — Carlotta Giovetti Ceo Trenton Spa

MODENA, MODENA, ITALY, March 11, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Trenton, a leading mechanical engineering company based in the Modena industrial district, is challenging the traditional boundaries between private life and the workplace. The company has launched an innovative social laboratory project that treats parenthood not as a personal hurdle, but as a fundamental professional soft skill.

At the heart of the initiative is a series of “Educational Video Pills” designed to bridge the gap between family dynamics and corporate excellence. These short modules, curated by a multidisciplinary team including family lawyers, mediators, and midwives, aim to translate the resilience, empathy, and conflict management learned at home into tangible workplace competencies.

The project was born from a high-level roundtable led by CEO Carlotta Giovetti, who rejects the idea of “compartmentalized” lives.
“I believe in the integrity and uniqueness of the person,” explains Giovetti. “Reflecting on what the role of a parent brings to the company—and vice versa—is not just a stylistic exercise. It is an organizational necessity for the future of the industrial landscape.”

The program focuses on how the “hidden” skills of caregivers—such as crisis management, multitasking under pressure, and emotional intelligence—can enrich managerial culture at all levels.
A key pillar of Trenton’s vision is the active involvement of fathers. The project aims to dismantle the outdated notion that family management is an exclusively female domain.

As highlighted by Vittoria Pierazzi, a key figure at Trenton, the company looks toward Northern European models where equal involvement in caregiving is the primary tool for breaking the “glass ceiling.” By encouraging co-responsibility, Trenton aims to foster an environment where both men and women can achieve full professional realization.
The expert panel contributing to the video series includes family lawyer and coach Elena Cuppini and midwife Rosaria Di Puorto. Their combined perspective treats the employee as a “total individual.”

“An employee who feels understood and valued in their daily life challenges performs better and with less emotional burnout,” notes Di Puorto. According to Cuppini, the strategy is simple: “Building a real team, both in the family and in the company, is the only sustainable strategy for long-term growth.”

Located in the heart of Italy’s “Motor Valley” (Frassinoro, Modena), Trenton is a mechanical engineering firm specialized in high-precision components. Under the leadership of Carlotta Giovetti, it has become a benchmark for Social Innovation in the manufacturing sector, proving that “human-centric” policies are the key to competitiveness in the 21st-century global market.

  • Human-Centric Industry: Fabio Storchi Joins UNIAPAC Foundation World Board, Highlighting the ‘Emilian Business Model’

Fabio Storchi has been officially appointed to the Board of the UNIAPAC Foundation

A business must recognize and value the individual in their entirety, transforming the production site into a space for human and professional growth”
    — Fabio Storchi, president Ucid

REGGIO EMILIA, REGGIO EMILIA, ITALY, March 11, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — The global leadership of faith-based business ethics gains a prominent Italian voice. Fabio Storchi has been officially appointed to the Board of the UNIAPAC Foundation, the international organization headquartered in Paris that promotes Christian humanism and corporate social responsibility in the global business community.

To seal this appointment and study the renowned “Emilian Industrial Model,” a high-level international delegation led by UNIAPAC Foundation President Sigrid Marz and Secretary General Rodrigo Whitelaw visited the heart of Italy’s “Mechanical Valley.”

The Factory as a Space for Human Growth
The delegation, accompanied by Storchi, visited two cornerstones of the regional industrial system: Vimi Fasteners (Novellara), a leader in high-precision mechanical components, and Comer Industries (Reggiolo), a global benchmark in mechatronics for the agricultural and industrial sectors.
At Vimi Fasteners, CEO Marco Sargenti welcomed the guests, emphasizing the company’s anthropocentric vision:
“Those who enter the company do not just bring skills, but their entire person. A business must recognize and value the individual in their entirety, transforming the production site into a space for human and professional growth.”
In this perspective, the mission of the Christian entrepreneur emerges as a seamless synthesis between faith and professional life, avoiding the separation that risks relegating personal values to the private sphere alone.

    From “Know-How” to “Giving Meaning”
Fabio Storchi, who also serves as President of UCID Reggio Emilia (Christian Union of Business Executives), outlined the future trajectory of corporate culture during the meetings.
“In recent decades, we have developed technical ‘know-how’ and relational ‘soft skills’,” stated Storchi. “Today, the real challenge is ‘giving meaning to work’. A company cannot limit itself to economic results; it must question the real contribution it offers to the lives of its collaborators and the social cohesion of the community.”

A Strategic Bridge for Global Ethics
The visit of Marz and Whitelaw signals a growing global interest in the Emilian model—a unique ecosystem capable of merging international competitiveness with industrial humanism. Storchi’s appointment to the UNIAPAC Foundation board acts as a strategic bridge to export this culture worldwide, proving that human dignity and mutual trust are effective levers for sustainable economic development.

  • Skyway Charter Buses Offers Recurring Shuttle Service for DFW Churches and Faith Organizations

Dallas-Fort Worth’s 78% Christian population and 210-plus churches with 2,000+ weekly attendees create sustained demand for coordinated group transportation

BALCH SPRINGS, TX, UNITED STATES, March 11, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Skyway Charter Buses now coordinates recurring shuttle contracts for churches and faith-based organizations across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, addressing weekly transportation logistics for congregations that manage multi-campus services, youth ministry programs, senior member mobility, and regional mission trips throughout Texas.

The Dallas-Fort Worth region holds the highest percentage of Christian residents among major U.S. metropolitan areas at 78%, according to Pew Research Center data. Texas is home to more than 210 megachurches, defined as Protestant congregations averaging 2,000 or more weekly attendees, with several of the largest concentrated in the DFW corridor. Gateway Church in Southlake draws approximately 28,000 weekly attendees across multiple campuses. The Potter’s House in South Dallas welcomes more than 16,000 each week. Prestonwood Baptist Church operates campuses in both Plano and Prosper. These attendance figures translate directly into parking lot congestion, multi-venue logistics, and transportation coordination challenges that extend well beyond Sunday morning services.

Skyway’s recurring shuttle contracts cover weekly worship service transportation, overflow parking lot shuttles, youth group trips to camps and conventions, choir and worship team travel between satellite campuses, senior ministry outings, and multi-day mission trips to cities across Texas. The company’s 56-passenger motorcoaches are equipped with WiFi, USB charging ports, climate control, onboard restrooms, entertainment systems, and luggage storage, providing amenities that standard church-owned shuttle vans and school buses typically lack for longer routes.

“A congregation of 2,000 people arriving at the same location within a 30-minute window creates a transportation problem that most churches try to solve with volunteer drivers and 15-passenger vans,” said Gilberto Rodriguez, Managing Member of Skyway Charter Buses. “A single 56-passenger motorcoach replaces nearly four of those vans, and our recurring contracts mean the same driver learns the routes, the timing, and the specific needs of each congregation week after week.”

Each motorcoach in the Skyway Charter Bus fleet operates under USDOT #1257585 certification with $5 million in liability insurance coverage and American Bus Association membership. All drivers hold commercial licenses and pass federal background checks, a factor that carries particular weight for congregations transporting minors to youth retreats, Vacation Bible School programs, and overnight camp events. Skyway’s Balch Springs headquarters at 11509 Slater Dr positions the company within 30 minutes of downtown Dallas, allowing rapid deployment throughout Dallas, Tarrant, and Collin counties.

The company structures its church transportation contracts across four booking formats: single-event charters for one-time occasions like Easter services or holiday concerts, weekly recurring shuttles for Sunday and midweek worship, seasonal contracts aligned with summer camp schedules or fall revival series, and long-distance charters serving 40-plus Texas cities from DFW to Austin, Houston, San Antonio, and El Paso. This range allows congregations to start with a single event booking and scale into ongoing service as transportation needs grow.

    About Skyway Charter Buses
Skyway Charter Buses is a second-generation, family-owned transportation company headquartered in Balch Springs, Texas, with more than 30 years of experience in passenger motorcoach services. The company operates a DOT-compliant fleet of 56-passenger motorcoaches under USDOT #1257585 with $5 million in liability insurance coverage and American Bus Association membership.

Skyway serves corporate clients, educational institutions, faith-based organizations, wedding parties, sporting events, and tour groups throughout 40-plus Texas cities including Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Austin, Houston, San Antonio, and regional destinations. All vehicles feature WiFi connectivity, USB charging, climate control, onboard restroom facilities, entertainment systems, and secure luggage storage. Every driver is commercially licensed, background-checked, and insured. For more information or to request a quote, visit skywaycharterbuses.com.

TAIPEI, TAIWAN, TAIWAN, March 11, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Avalue Technology Inc. (TPEx: 3479.TWO) has officially launched the new EAX-R680BP ATX industrial motherboard, which is centered around a highly expandable platform architecture. Supporting the next-generation Intel® Core™ Series 2 processor, it offers flexible dual PCIe Gen5 card configuration capabilities. Designed for AI inference, high-performance computing and data-intensive storage applications, the EAX-R680BP empowers system integrators and enterprise users to build computing platforms that balance performance, scalability and long-term stability.

As edge AI, smart manufacturing and data-driven applications continue to grow, the need for high-bandwidth expansion and computational acceleration in system architectures becomes ever more apparent. The EAX-R680BP industrial-grade motherboard from Avalue features an ATX form factor design that fully leverages the advantages of expansion flexibility and versatility. When combined with the Intel Core Series 2 processors, the EAX-R680BP motherboard provides a stable and scalable hardware foundation for a variety of applications. Thanks to its PCIe Gen5 high-speed channel design, the motherboard can support the simultaneous operation of multiple GPUs or high-performance expansion cards, meeting the performance density demands of next-generation AI and edge computing.

The Avalue ATX industrial motherboard (EAX-R680BP) supports flexible configurations, including 1× PCIe Gen5 x16 or 2× PCIe Gen5 x8. This can be adjusted to either a single high-bandwidth slot or a dual-slot architecture, depending on the application. In addition to GPU-accelerated computing, it can serve as an expansion interface for high-speed storage or dedicated acceleration modules. The motherboard supports up to four DDR5 U-DIMM slots, offering a maximum memory capacity of 192 GB. In terms of platform compatibility and investment continuity, the Avalue ATX motherboard EAX-R680BP supports the latest Intel Core Series 2 processor and Intel® 12th, 13th and 14th Gen Core™ processors. This allows businesses to upgrade sequentially within existing system architectures while retaining the flexibility to expand performance in the future. Balancing multi-generation processor compatibility with new platform integration capabilities helps businesses to effectively control the total cost of ownership (TCO) while maintaining consistent system architecture and long-term availability.

In enterprise and industrial application environments, a stable supply and long-term availability of platforms are often more important than improvements in performance in a single generation. The EAX-R680BP is based on a mature and sustainable Intel platform roadmap. • Award-Winning Oak Brook Attorney Expands DuPage County Personal Injury Services

Scott DeSalvo, named Best Personal Injury Lawyer in Oak Brook 2026, announces expanded services for DuPage County accident and injury victims.

DuPage County residents shouldn’t have to go to Chicago to find serious personal injury representation — that’s why I moved my office and have been based in Oak Brook for years.”
    — Scott DeSalvo, Personal Injury Attorney

OAK BROOK, IL, UNITED STATES, March 10, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Following his recognition as Best Personal Injury Lawyer in Oak Brook 2026 by BusinessRate, Scott DeSalvo of the Law Office of Scott D. DeSalvo, LLC is announcing expanded personal injury representation throughout DuPage County, Illinois — serving communities including Wheaton, Naperville, Downers Grove, Elmhurst, and the surrounding western suburbs.

“DuPage County residents often assume they need to go to Chicago to find serious legal representation for a personal injury case,” said Scott DeSalvo, personal injury attorney and Trial Lawyers College graduate with over 25 years of experience helping Illinois injury victims. “My office has been based in Oak Brook for years precisely because I want to be accessible to the people who live and work in this area — not just those who can get downtown.”

As a DuPage County personal injury attorney, DeSalvo operates from his Oak Brook office at 1000 Jorie Blvd., Suite 204 — serving as the hub for western suburban clients across the county. His practice handles the full range of cases common to the area: car accidents on Route 83 and I-88, slip and fall incidents at commercial and retail properties, workplace injuries at DuPage County’s industrial and corporate facilities, and wrongful death claims.

DuPage County sees tens of thousands of traffic crashes annually, with the Illinois Department of Transportation consistently ranking it among the busiest and most crash-prone counties in the state. Despite the volume of serious accidents, many injury victims in the western suburbs delay seeking legal help — often because they are unsure whether their case has value or believe the insurance company will handle things fairly.

As an Oak Brook personal injury attorney, DeSalvo has built a library of free legal resources at desalvolaw.com — including guides running to tens of thousands of words and a custom-built personal injury settlement calculator — designed to help injury victims understand their rights before deciding whether to hire an attorney.

“I want people in Oak Brook, Wheaton, Naperville — anywhere in DuPage County — to be able to get real information about what their case might be worth, how insurance companies operate, and what the process looks like,” DeSalvo said. “Those resources are there for anyone, whether they call my office or not.”

DeSalvo handles personal injury cases on a contingency fee basis — no fees are charged unless compensation is recovered. Free consultations are available by phone at 312-500-4500 or through desalvolaw.com.

    About Scott DeSalvo
Scott DeSalvo is a personal injury attorney with over 25 years of experience representing injury victims throughout the Chicago metropolitan area, including Oak Brook, Cicero, and surrounding communities. A graduate of the Trial Lawyers College, DeSalvo personally authors all client resources — including detailed guides, calculators, and educational materials available free at desalvolaw.com — with a commitment to helping injury victims understand their rights whether or not they choose to hire him. He was named Best Personal Injury Lawyer in Oak Brook 2026 by BusinessRate.

  • Gridwater Begins Phase One Deployment with Purchase Order for First Mobile Wastewater Treatment Unit

First of Five Next-Generation Systems Marks Start of Austin Market Rollout

There are a number of high-quality treat-in-place options available, but technology alone doesn’t permit the consolidation of a $20 billion space.”
    — Ken Berenger, Executive Chairman of Gridwater.

AUSTIN, TX, UNITED STATES, March 10, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Gridwater, Inc., the newest operating subsidiary of Water On Demand, Inc., today announced it has begun Phase One of its market deployment with the purchase order for the first of five next-generation treat-in-place mobile wastewater units. The first unit is expected to be operational in May 2026, with a 60-day validation period to confirm performance metrics using the company’s conservative financial projections.

The five-unit Phase One deployment is focused entirely on the Austin market. The company has intentionally kept its financial estimates modest; operational data from this initial deployment will inform modeling for subsequent expansion.

“There are a number of high-quality treat-in-place options available,” said Ken Berenger, Executive Chairman of Gridwater. “But technology alone doesn’t permit the consolidation of a $20 billion space. Water On Demand, our parent company, provides what no one else has assembled: financed, operated, and maintained systems delivered as a complete solution for business owners. That’s what enables very high margin consolidation of a highly fragmented industry.”

Gridwater represents the first direct execution of Water On Demand’s “water as an asset class” investment thesis, deploying private capital into revenue-generating water infrastructure assets.

The treat-in-place units eliminate traditional pump-and-haul operations by processing wastewater on-site, reducing operating costs and improving service efficiency for commercial customers including restaurants, food processors, and industrial facilities.

We’ve developed a controlled, disciplined, and highly focused execution strategy,” said James Woloszyn, Chief Operating Officer. “Phase One is about firmly establishing Austin as the foundation, validating unit economics, refining operations, and building a repeatable model. Only then do we expand. We’re building infrastructure, not chasing deals.”

Bryan Klepzig, Chief Executive Officer of Gridwater, brings nearly two decades of industry experience to the deployment: “This first unit is planned to be operational in May, right here in Austin. We’ll spend 60 days confirming everything we believe about this next-generation technology, then scale from there. I’ve been in this space for almost 20 years. No one has attempted to consolidate it this way. Gridwater is creating a new category.”

    About Gridwater
Gridwater is the newest operating subsidiary of Water On Demand, Inc. and the first direct execution of the company’s vision to transform water infrastructure into an investable asset class. By combining next-generation treat-in-place technology with a licensed operator model and institutional-grade capital structure, Gridwater is positioned to consolidate a fragmented industry that has operated without scale or standardization for decades.

    About Water On Demand
For years, every sector from real estate to energy has been forced to adopt a treat-in-place model for their water. Our mission, is to support this change by developing private market solutions that turn each of these projects into assets that can be funded by investors, while enjoying the benefits previously thought to only be available to real estate and energy markets. We believe this approach is the only way to keep up with the massive demand for water infrastructure and at the same time help to ensure our water is safe for generations to come.

    Forward-Looking Statements
This press release contains forward-looking statements within the meaning of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995. These statements involve risks and uncertainties, and actual results may differ materially from those expressed or implied. Gridwater undertakes no obligation to update any forward-looking statements.
