Datavault AI’s New York and Philadelphia Edge Network will be Completed in Second Quarter and Unlock Multi-Billion Dollar Markets through AI Driven Data Monetization

New York and Philadelphia Edge Network Activation Positions Datavault AI to Capture Significant Share of Insurance and Financial Sectors, Healthcare Industry and Enterprise Opportunities with Real-Time, Zero-Trust Quantum Encrypted Data Tokenization

PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA / ACCESS Newswire / January 8, 2026 / Datavault AI Inc. (Nasdaq:DVLT), today highlighted the strategic importance of its New York and Philadelphia edge network deployment with Available Infrastructure’s SanQtum AI platform. This GPU-powered, zero-trust edge infrastructure features national security-grade cybersecurity and enables instant data monetization – positioning Datavault AI to address a market opportunity exceeding $2 billion in each selected location with potential annual recurring revenue (ARR) within the Philadelphia and New York metropolitan regions alone, with strong demand and interest within the RWA, digital twins that have strong applicability within the insurance and financial services sectors.

The Philadelphia and New York installation, part of Datavault AI’s initial multi-city rollout and planned expansion to 100 cities nationwide in 2026, integrates SanQtum AI Enterprise Units directly into Datavault AI’s patented Information Data Exchange DataScore and Datavalue AI agents. Operating within SanQtum’s private, quantum-resistant edge environment, the platform allows real-time data scoring, tokenization at birth, and enterprise-grade AI processing without reliance on public cloud infrastructure. This breakthrough capability eliminates latency, reduces security exposure, and transforms raw data into authenticated, tradable digital assets at the moment of creation.

Philadelphia and New York’s robust insurance and financial ecosystems – home to major institutions driving trillions in managed assets and premiums – generate vast volumes of high-value data in areas such as risk assessment, fraud detection, claims processing, and personalized financial services. By deploying SanQtum’s advanced cybersecurity features, including zero-trust architecture and real-time threat isolation, Datavault AI enables secure, compliant data commerce that meets the stringent requirements of regulated industries. Company estimates indicate an addressable market greater than $2 billion in each market potential recurring revenue per major metro area from applications including near real-time data tokenization, edge-based verification, AI workloads, and secure micro-exchanges.

“New York and Philadelphia represent a cornerstone of our national rollout, where SanQtum’s unmatched cybersecurity foundation allows us to deliver what enterprises in insurance and finance have demanded for years: instant, protected, data monetization at scale,” said Nathaniel Bradley, CEO of Datavault AI. “With this deployment, we’re not just processing data-we’re creating a new asset class with national security-grade protection, opening revenue streams that could potential exceed $2 billion annually in this market alone.”

“These two larger deployments that include IBM’s WatsonX.ai will be complemented by the Datavault AI and Available Infrastructure build out of 100 locations that each have estimated, and additional serviceable addressable markets (SAM) potential exceeding $100 million from each market. “

The Datavault AI Edge Network activation will support multiple monetization channels, including:

    • Real-time quantum encrypted tokenization fees for converting enterprise data into tradable assets

    • GPU-backed AI processing for financial modeling, risk analytics, and fraud prevention

    • Per-event revenue from credentialing, identity scoring, and secure attestations

    • DataScore applications in advertising, compliance, and predictive analytics

    • Operation of private token exchanges within SanQtum’s secure network

    Looking Ahead

Datavault AI and Available Infrastructure look forward to expanding this national rollout and supporting additional customer deployments that benefit from secure communications, secure storage, near-edge compute, and secure data processing. As coverage scales across the U.S., the companies expect the combined infrastructure footprint to help accelerate trusted tokenization, exchange, and valuation workflows by placing cybersecure edge nodes closer to where data is generated and decisions are made.

  • Datavault AI Expands IBM Collaboration to Deploy Enterprise-Grade AI at the Edge with Available Infrastructure’s SanQtum AI Platform

Datavault AI Expands IBM Collaboration to Deploy Enterprise-Grade AI at the Edge with Available Infrastructure’s SanQtum AI Platform

Datavault AI will activate a secured multi-city edge AI network for real-time data tokenization, security, and monetization across New York and Philadelphia

NEW YORK, NY / ACCESS Newswire / January 8, 2026 / Datavault AI Inc. (Nasdaq:DVLT), a leader in instant data monetization & enterprise digital twins, announced it will deliver enterprise-grade AI performance at the edge in New York and Philadelphia through an expanded collaboration with IBM using the SanQtum AI platform. Operated by Available Infrastructure, SanQtum AI is a fleet of synchronized micro edge data centers running IBM’s watsonx portfolio of AI products on a zero-trust network. The combined deployment is designed to enable cybersecure data storage and compute, real-time data scoring, tokenization, and ultra-low-latency, across two of the most data-dense metro regions in the United States.

By running Datavault AI’s Information Data Exchange and DataScore agents – built with watsonx – within SanQtum AI’s zero-trust edge environment, Datavault AI can help clients process and tokenize data when it is created, transforming raw inputs into authenticated, tradable digital property in real-time. This capability supports enterprise AI workloads, media analytics, identity verification, tokenization, credentialing, and high-security data commerce without having to rely on public cloud infrastructure, which can present major security risks.

“We now have the infrastructure to deliver what the market has only talked about,” said Nathaniel Bradley, CEO of Datavault AI. “The watsonx portfolio of AI products gives us the added intelligence, SanQtum AI gives us the speed, and together they give Datavault AI the ability to create authenticated digital property nearly at the instant data comes into existence. I believe this could change the economics of data, helping us serve enterprises such as media leaders, sports organizations and government agencies across the Northeast Corridor with unmatched performance and security.”

The combination of Datavault AI and SanQtum AI aims to help clients instantly tokenize, value, verify, and monetize data as a real-time asset class, by:

    • Removing dependence on centralized cloud pipelines

    • Eliminating lag between data creation and monetization

    • Preventing tampering by keeping data inside a zero-trust local network

    • Allowing enterprises to treat their data as instant, tradable digital property

“By unifying speed, resilience, and trusted protection in a single platform, SanQtum AI provides a powerful new foundation for AI and computing safety, reliability, and performance,” added Daniel Gregory, CEO of Available Infrastructure. “Datavault AI’s deployment of this technology, in collaboration with IBM, will help bolster enterprise-grade AI in the Northeast in ways that we believe will set the bar higher than ever for others to follow.”

Biz Dziarmaga, Head of Americas AI Partnerships at IBM, added, “Our work with Datavault AI and Available Infrastructure demonstrates the power of IBM’s ecosystem approach-leveraging watsonx to deliver scalable AI that helps enterprises drive smarter operations and faster business outcomes.”

SanQtumAI’s GPU-rich edge distributed architecture is designed to enable Datavault AI to deliver this capability at operational scale across New York and Philadelphia in Q1 2026, with plans to expand in multiple metro regions.

Datavault AI Announces Experiential Marketing Collaboration with New York’s Fifth Avenue Luxury Retailer Riflessi to Enable Sponsored Immersive 3D Digital Twins of Inventory with ADIO(R) and DVHOLO(TM)

Riflessi to Deploy Digital Twins of Luxury Fashion Lines of Brunello Cucinelli, Gucci, Tom Ford, Kiton and Tommy Hilfiger® among other Leading Brands with Interactive DVHOLO

3D Holographic Display in New York’s Fifth Avenue Fashion District

PHILADELPHIA, PA AND NEW YORK, NY / ACCESS Newswire / January 7, 2026 / Datavault AI Inc. (“Datavault AI” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ:DVLT), a leader in data experience, valuation, and monetization technologies, today announced a collaboration with Riflessi, a premium Fifth Avenue retail destination in New York City frequented by global consumers and internationally-recognized fashion and lifestyle labels. The collaboration is designed to install Datavault AI’s DVHOLO and ADIO technology in February 2026 and aims to generate new revenue by leveraging data and content through customized displays of luxury fashion while enabling sponsored immersive advertising experiences through Datavault AI’s DVHOLOTM holographic display platform and ADIO® spatial audio technology.

Through Datavault AI’s technology stack, these brands-and others operating within or adjacent to the Riflessi ecosystem-can sponsor immersive holographic visuals and experiences that enhance brand storytelling while generating measurable engagement metrics and consumer conversion. The combined technologies enable fashion brands to present upcoming collections to targeted audiences in advance of release, supporting pre-sale initiatives.

Sponsored Immersive Media Within High-Value Physical Retail Spaces

Datavault AI’s approach transforms physical retail environments into measurable, sponsor-ready media assets. Using DVHolo™ and ADIO®, brands may deploy dynamic holographic content and directional audio messaging within designated in-store and storefront zones, creating immersive experiences aligned with seasonal campaigns, product launches, or brand activations.

These sponsored placements are designed to increase dwell time, elevate consumer engagement, and produce anonymized interaction signals-such as impressions, engagement duration, and spatial interaction patterns. Datavault AI’s proprietary data valuation framework enables these signals to be structured as monetizable data assets while maintaining consumer privacy and regulatory compliance.

“I’ve been in media for over 16 years across television, long-form storytelling, and iconic outdoor billboard platforms. Showcasing the DVHOLO and ADIO technologies on one of the most iconic fashion streets in New York City at Riflessi will be a game changer for brands. This technology has the potential to scale rapidly across New York City and other major global cities,” said VinceCaruso, Managing Member of Riflessi Media Group LLC.

NYIAX: Enabling Transactional Advertising and Data-Backed Media Networks

The collaboration is expected to be further expanded by Datavault AI’s relationship with NYIAX Inc. (“NYIAX”), a Nasdaq-powered trading platform for advertising, media, and data contracts, once the NYIAX transaction is completed. NYIAX provides the financial and contractual infrastructure that allows immersive advertising inventory-such as hologram placements and spatial audio sponsorships-to be priced, standardized, and transacted in a transparent and auditable manner.

Following Datavault AI’s acquisition of NYIAX, Datavault AI will be able to integrate its engagement data and experiential media inventory with NYIAX’s marketplace capabilities and brands working with Riflessi can participate in data-verified advertising networks that move beyond estimated impressions. This structure enables advertisers to sponsor physical-digital experiences with clearly defined metrics, contract terms, and performance validation.

Building Scalable Luxury Retail Media and Data Monetization Models

Together, Datavault AI, Riflessi, and NYIAX demonstrate how luxury retail locations can evolve into next-generation media nodes-where physical foot traffic, immersive engagement, and advertising sponsorship converge. This collaboration reflects Datavault AI’s broader strategy to bridge real-world environments with institutional-grade data monetization and advertising infrastructure, creating scalable opportunities across retail, media, and experiential marketing.

Partnership pairs Datavault AI’s patented DataValue®, DataScore® and Information Data Exchange® (IDE®) solutions with Available Infrastructure’s SanQtum™ cybersecure high performance points of presence designed to support near-real-time tokenization, data exchange, and agentic monetization that will provide Datavault AI the foundation to scale enterprise adoption of its AI while also solving for requisite regulatory compliance for its IDE®

Quantum Key Encryption from SanQtum will further differentiate patented and forthcoming Datavault AI IDE deployments with Elements Exchange (RWA), NIL and American Political Exchanges set to Launch Q1 2026, that will be quantum ready

33 Top cities in US will begin with systems integration of patented Data Vault, DataScore, IDE and Available Infrastructure’s SanQtum cybersecurity for private high performance computing in the Datavault AI Edge Network

PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA / ACCESS Newswire / January 5, 2026 / Datavault AI (“Datavault AI” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq:DVLT) a leader in AI-driven data valuation, monetization, credentialing, and digital engagement technologies today announced a nationwide planned deployment of SanQtum in partnership with AP Global Holdings LLC (d/b/a Available Infrastructure) to enable secure communications, encrypted storage, and high-performance data processing across 100 cities throughout the contiguous United States. Built to support Datavault AI’s patented IDE, which helps turn raw data into tradable assets, this deployment is designed to deliver lower latency, stronger cyber protection, and consistent performance across distributed environments.

By combining Datavault AI’s RWA tokenization with Available Infrastructure’s distributed architecture, the companies aim to deliver secure points of presence that support workflows where speed, integrity, and trust are essential. Datavault AI’s IDE helps create a digital twin of a physical asset by linking it to a permanent, tamper-resistant record, stored as immutable metadata or on a blockchain. As the nationwide deployment scales, the companies expect the combined footprint to accelerate trusted tokenization, exchange, and valuation by placing secure data processing closer to where data is created and decisions are made.

“Performance and presence in this precursor to true quantum computing starts with command of our own and the first virtual private network that will rival power-strapped bulky data center build outs with a redundant, cybersecure cluster of Available Infrastructure’s SanQtum and Datavault AI servers that can do more with less power consumption and absent the burden of coolant required of legacy systems,” said Nathaniel Bradley, CEO, Datavault AI. “This deployment advances our ability to achieve true immutability of digital objects through Quantum Key Encryption that is foundational to support high-integrity zero-trust tokenization. Our coming and market superior data exchange with hundreds of tokenomic use cases will provide first-of-its-kind secure infrastructure positioned closer to the point of need. We have an opportunity to really impact our customers’ bottom lines while bolstering our industry lead and making access to super compute power sustainable and obtainable by companies of all sizes and in markets of our choosing, starting here in the United States the most lucrative.”

“SanQtum provides the cybersecurity vault for Datavault AI. With edge compute projected to grow at a nearly 30% CAGR through 2033, now is the time to build Datavault AI’s sovereign cloud at the nation’s edge. In our preliminary estimation, each network location has a servicable addressable market (SAM) potential exceeding $100 million per annum driven by regional demand for high performance computing applications including digital twins and data monetization, making Datavault AI our ideal partner,” stated Daniel C. Gregory, CEO of Available Infrastructure. “Through SanQtum, we are deploying secure edge nodes built for high availability and ultra-low latency with zero trust controls, enabling Datavault AI to bring trusted quantum encrypted tokenization, exchange, and valuation to the edge, at national scale.”

Following the initial rollout, Datavault AI and Available Infrastructure will align deployment standards and operational tooling to connect Datavault capabilities, focused on real-time data observation, market capture, valuation, and secure, encrypted monetization of data assets, to a national footprint of hardened edge locations. This footprint enables customers to collect and process data closer to the point of creation, then generate permanent records, confirm identity, and connect RWAs to immutable blockchain entries at the speed of operations.

Datavault AI: Patent-Backed tokenization and Data-provenance capabilities
Datavault AI is a technology and patent portfolio-driven company positioned in RWA tokenization through a strategic licensing model and through a platform that helps organizations connect RWAs to immutable blockchain records for traceability, authenticity, and monetization. The Company highlights its exchange platform as a foundation for securely attaching physical real-world objects to immutable metadata or blockchain objects, supporting use cases such as digital twins and “responsible AI with integrity,” while also enabling integration with compliant blockchains to create tokenized solutions tailored to customer needs.

Available Infrastructure: Secure, Highly Available, Distributed Platform

Available Infrastructure will provide the distributed solution through SanQtum, a real-time edge platform that bundles edge cloud services and zero trust cybersecurity in a single platform. SanQtum will operate across distributed micro data centers in, and around, major metropolitan areas and urban centers. SanQtum pre-integrates a technology stack in a micro edge data center form factor, ready for deployment from near-prem urban sites to telecom towers to austere environments, to run intelligent, sovereign workloads directly at the edge without sending data back to the cloud.

Urban sites and other on-prem and near-prem edge locations plus fiber optic communications can deliver ultra-low latency in supported configurations. SanQtum applies a CISA-compliant zero trust approach and NIST-approved quantum-resilient encryption. Its multi-site architecture spans multiple locations and communications paths, including in-ground fiber optic, SATCOM, and a wireless self-healing mesh, with resilient backup power to support operational resilience and continuity.

    Deployment highlights

    • Secure communications with standardized controls across distributed sites

    • Secure storage and near-edge compute positioned closer to operations and data sources

    • Secure data processing designed for performance-sensitive and mission-critical workflows

    • Zero trust, quantum-resilient protection in private mesh environments

    • High availability and continuity supported by multi-site, multi-channel architecture
