The Company will first launch a custodial- no-crypto-wallet-needed- ticketing solution in Q4 2025, followed by a Phase 2 native/self-custody wallet option targeted for early 2026.

The Warrants will be exercised in equal monthly tranches, with recipients able to either receive shares or participate in a managed sale program for cash proceeds.
