Financial Strategist Applies Military Discipline and The 168 Game to Scale Multiple Enterprises and Guide Families in Wealth Building

    Annapolis, Maryland – September 15, 2025 – (PRESS ADVANTAGE) –

Retired Navy Chief Bill Korman, a first-generation American, has built a reputation for applying military precision and The 168 Game to entrepreneurship while raising four children. Through his central philosophy of time ownership, Korman urges leaders to step beyond conventional management practices and align each of their 168 weekly hours with core morals, values, and principles—establishing a model where productivity and stability reinforce one another. His framework demonstrates that business growth and family stability can advance together, showing that productivity and peace expand most when aligned.

Today, he oversees a diverse portfolio that spans Built for Life Financial Agency (BFL Agency), Visionary Flow Solutions, Bill Korman’s Mindset Revolution, Korman Elite Holdings, Korman Dominion Alliance, and the non-profit Their Voice Global Warriors. He is also the author of The 168 Game: Time Ownership vs. Time Management.

The 168 Game: Time Ownership vs Time Management, Author Bill Korman

Korman’s perspective is rooted in lived experience. Raised in New Jersey as the son of an immigrant, he witnessed early on that effort alone did not always create opportunity. Over two decades in the U.S. Navy, he learned that precision and discipline could mean survival. When he transitioned into entrepreneurship, he carried those principles into leadership, scaling one of PHP Agency’s top-performing offices with more than 760 agents. Today, through Built for Life Financial Agency, he applies that same discipline to a broader mission: showing families and entrepreneurs that owning time rather than merely managing it creates a pathway to lasting success.

“At every stage of life, time is either working for you or against you,” Korman said. “In the military, every second mattered. Later, I recognized that those seconds must serve more than a schedule, they must serve faith, family, fitness and fun. That perspective is what enables me to lead five businesses, a non-profit, and a family of six while maintaining harmony.”

At Built for Life Financial Agency, Korman works with middle-class families to strengthen wealth and security through life insurance, financial literacy, and legacy planning. Through Visionary Flow Solutions, he provides entrepreneurs with Business Intelligence Hubs, CRM automation, and AI-powered tools designed to reduce repetitive tasks and reclaim valuable hours. In The 168 Game, he outlines a framework built on MVPs—Morals, Values, and Principles, helping readers design their lives around what matters most.

The approach is drawing attention. “Owning my time has always been one of the keys to my success. The 168 Game offers strategies that move beyond traditional management and into true time ownership,” said Patrick Bet-David, Founder of PHP Agency and Valuetainment.

Research reinforces Korman’s philosophy. Gallup’s State of the Global Workplace 2023 report found that nearly 60 percent of employees are disengaged or experiencing burnout, with a lack of control over time cited as a leading factor. The National Endowment for Financial Education reported in 2022 that households applying literacy-based financial strategies significantly reduce stress and achieve greater long-term stability. Korman’s framework brings these two findings together linking financial clarity with time alignment to create a practical model that produces measurable outcomes.

Unlike traditional productivity systems that emphasize doing more, The 168 Game focuses on doing what matters. Its framework helps individuals identify distractions, clarify values, and reclaim time, reinforcing the principle that owning one’s hours is the first step to owning one’s future.

Ultimately, Korman demonstrates that success comes from alignment rather than accumulation. Through time ownership, he has structured a schedule that scales with purpose instead of pressure. His five ventures, non-profit, and family life operate in harmony, showing that productivity and peace can advance together.

  • Moment of Clarity Publishes New Resource on Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation for Bipolar Disorder in Huntington Beach

Moment of Clarity Publishes New Resource on Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation for Bipolar Disorder in Huntington Beach

    Huntington Beach, California – September 15, 2025 – (PRESS ADVANTAGE) –

Huntington Beach, CA – Moment of Clarity has published a new educational resource on the role of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) in treating bipolar disorder, underscoring its commitment to evidence-based mental health care in Huntington Beach and the surrounding Orange County community. The article, now available on the center’s website, explores how this FDA-cleared therapy may offer new options for people who have not found relief through traditional treatments.

The resource, “Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation for Bipolar Disorder”, provides an in-depth overview of how TMS works, its current clinical applications, and the growing body of research supporting its use for mood disorders. TMS uses magnetic pulses to stimulate targeted areas of the brain associated with mood regulation, offering a non-invasive option that does not require anesthesia or systemic medication. While TMS is already recognized for its efficacy in major depressive disorder, emerging studies highlight its potential for bipolar depression—a condition often marked by treatment resistance.

    Outpatient Treatment Huntington Beach

Moment of Clarity developed the article to serve as a credible guide for patients, families, and referring providers who are exploring treatment pathways. In line with national research, the center emphasizes that TMS is not a cure-all but a valuable addition to the spectrum of therapies available. Peer-reviewed studies cited in the resource indicate that TMS can reduce depressive symptoms in some patients with bipolar disorder, especially when integrated with ongoing psychiatric and therapeutic support.

The Huntington Beach facility is staffed by clinicians and mental health professionals who deliver a continuum of care, including outpatient therapy, intensive outpatient programs, and psychiatric services. By publishing clinically grounded resources such as this, Moment of Clarity aims to bridge the gap between research advancements and accessible community care.

“People living with bipolar disorder often face complex treatment challenges,” a spokesperson for the center explained. “Our goal in publishing this resource is to help the community better understand what TMS is, where it stands in terms of scientific evidence, and how it might fit into a comprehensive care plan.”

In addition to the new TMS resource, the center continues to offer therapy modalities that are well-supported in clinical practice, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and group counseling. These services are guided by licensed mental health professionals in an environment designed to promote trust, safety, and collaboration.

Moment of Clarity emphasizes the importance of individualized care, designing treatment plans around each person’s unique clinical and psychological needs. Moment of Clarity integrates established, evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), a widely researched method proven to help patients reframe unhelpful thought patterns, develop coping strategies, and strengthen emotional regulation. CBT remains a cornerstone in the treatment of conditions including anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders, and is delivered under the guidance of licensed clinicians.

In addition to CBT, the center provides structured programs addressing depression and anxiety, conditions that remain among the most prevalent mental health challenges in California. Clinical best practices inform treatment and may include a combination of therapeutic interventions, wellness strategies, and ongoing professional support. Depression-focused care aims to address symptoms such as low mood, disrupted sleep, and reduced motivation, while anxiety treatment is tailored to minimize persistent worry, social fears, and panic episodes.

The Yorktown, Huntington Beach program also incorporates holistic wellness components designed to complement traditional therapies. Practices such as sound-based therapy sessions offer patients opportunities to reduce stress and support overall emotional balance. These integrative options are available alongside clinical treatment, reflecting the center’s approach to whole-person care.

Outpatient mental health programs remain a central part of the facility’s services, offering flexibility for patients balancing work, school, and family responsibilities. This model allows individuals to participate in consistent therapy and structured care while applying strategies in everyday life. Outpatient services are designed to provide continuity, stability, and measurable progress in real-world settings, further supporting long-term recovery goals.

Moment of Clarity also integrates holistic practices such as mindfulness and wellness-based interventions, recognizing the importance of addressing both the psychological and physical dimensions of recovery. By combining structured therapeutic programs with emerging treatment options, the center remains aligned with the latest standards in behavioral healthcare.

The release of the new article further positions Moment of Clarity as a source of educational information in addition to direct care services. Patients, families, and healthcare providers across Huntington Beach and Orange County can now access this resource to evaluate better the role of TMS in managing bipolar disorder.

  • Porter Ophthalmology Highlights the Advantages of LASIK for First Responders in New Feature Article

Porter Ophthalmology Highlights the Advantages of LASIK for First Responders in New Feature Article

Porter Ophthalmology has published a new article titled “LASIK for First Responders: Optimizing Vision for Emergency Situations,” emphasizing how laser vision correction can significantly improve the performance and safety of first responders. The piece, now available on the Porter Ophthalmology website, explains why LASIK is a practical and effective solution for firefighters, paramedics, and law enforcement officers who face visually demanding environments every day. This timely article offers insight into how eliminating the need for glasses or contact lenses can enhance critical response times and reduce physical interference during emergencies.

First responders depend on sharp, unobstructed vision to carry out their duties, whether navigating through dense smoke, providing emergency medical care, or assessing threats in fast-moving situations. In environments where seconds count and physical demands are high, traditional corrective eyewear can pose risks—slipping, fogging, or breaking at critical moments. Contacts are prone to drying out or becoming dislodged in dusty, smoky, or high-motion conditions. Porter Ophthalmology’s article outlines how LASIK addresses these concerns with permanent vision correction that provides consistent visual clarity, even in unpredictable or low-light environments.

The article notes that many first responders experience immediate improvements in their ability to perform tasks requiring strong peripheral awareness, contrast sensitivity, and reaction time. LASIK offers a full field of vision without the obstruction of eyeglass frames, which is especially valuable in dynamic, high-pressure scenarios. Porter Ophthalmology highlights how this improved visual perception supports faster decision-making in the field—whether a firefighter is identifying hazards through a face shield, a paramedic is treating a patient in the back of a moving ambulance, or a police officer is making split-second judgments in a chaotic situation.

The fast recovery time associated with LASIK makes it an appealing option for professionals who cannot afford long periods away from work. Porter Ophthalmology reports that many patients return to duty within 24 to 48 hours of their procedure. While some individuals may require up to a week before resuming full-duty assignments—particularly in roles with high exposure to environmental hazards such as smoke or dust—the overall recovery process is short and predictable. The clinic works closely with each patient to determine a personalized timeline that ensures safety while minimizing disruption to work schedules. Some first responders even opt for Friday procedures to allow recovery over a weekend.

LASIK is not the only option available, but for many first responders it remains the preferred solution. Compared to PRK, which requires a longer healing period, LASIK allows for faster functional recovery with excellent visual outcomes. For those who may not be ideal candidates for LASIK due to corneal thickness or job-specific risks, Porter Ophthalmology also offers advanced alternatives, including EVO ICL, LALEX (also known as SMILE), PRK, and lens replacement surgery. The article underscores the importance of personalized evaluation to determine the best fit for each individual’s needs and job requirements.

Throughout the article, Porter Ophthalmology emphasizes its experience working with public safety professionals and tailoring vision correction plans to support the rigorous demands of their roles. The clinic has seen measurable improvements in the job performance and overall quality of life among first responders who undergo LASIK. This includes better night vision, improved contrast sensitivity in smoke-filled or low-light conditions, and freedom from the complications associated with daily use of contacts or glasses. These advantages are especially relevant for tactical units and emergency responders operating in high-risk or fast-paced environments.

The article also addresses frequently asked questions from first responders considering LASIK, including concerns about recovery time, night vision performance, candidacy for the procedure, and how LASIK compares to other types of laser eye surgery. Porter Ophthalmology offers clarity on how LASIK helps with nearsightedness, astigmatism, and other refractive errors, reshaping the cornea to focus light correctly onto the retina. This results in sharp, stable vision across the entire visual field, improving both central and peripheral awareness, which is essential for those in law enforcement or emergency medical services.

Reporters seeking data and patient perspectives on the real-world impact of LASIK for first responders are encouraged to reach out for comment. Porter Ophthalmology’s medical team is available to discuss their experience treating public safety professionals and the performance outcomes observed following laser vision correction. The clinic can provide insight into how LASIK is being utilized by first responders across the region, as well as guidance on recent advancements in laser technology that have reduced post-operative complications and improved visual outcomes, especially in demanding environments.

The author of the article and lead LASIK surgeon at Porter Ophthalmology is available for interviews and expert commentary. With years of experience performing refractive surgery and a strong track record of tailoring procedures to meet the real-world needs of patients in high-intensity roles, he offers a unique perspective on how LASIK supports professional performance, safety, and long-term vision health.

LASIK continues to be one of the most popular and reliable forms of vision correction, with over 20 million procedures performed in the United States to date. While commonly associated with convenience and lifestyle improvements, this article highlights the medical and occupational advantages LASIK can offer to professionals who rely on quick reflexes, spatial awareness, and visual precision to carry out their mission. Porter Ophthalmology believes that by removing the barriers created by glasses and contact lenses, LASIK helps empower first responders to do their jobs more effectively—and more safely.

For more information about LASIK for first responders or to schedule an interview with Porter Ophthalmology’s medical team, please contact the press office listed below. The full article, “LASIK for First Responders: Optimizing Vision for Emergency Situations,” is available now on the Porter Ophthalmology website.

  • ArtResin Expands Product Offering with Individual Resin and Hardener Bottles Now Available Online

ArtResin Expands Product Offering with Individual Resin and Hardener Bottles Now Available Online

    Carrollton, Texas – September 10, 2025 – (PRESS ADVANTAGE) –

ArtResin, a leading brand in high-quality epoxy resin products for artists, has expanded its online store to include individual bottles of resin and hardener in the most popular sizes: 8 oz, 16 oz, 32 oz, and 1 gallon. This new option allows customers to top up only the component they’ve run out of – helping to reduce waste, extend the life of existing supplies, and save money by eliminating the need to purchase a full kit.

Previously, ArtResin products were sold exclusively in 2-part kits, in sizes ranging from 8 oz (236 ml) up to 10 gallons (37.8 L). While these kits remain the company’s core offering, the new option to purchase single bottles responds to a growing demand from professional artists, educators, and hobbyists seeking more control over their resin supply.

“This is an exciting milestone for us and for our customers,” said Ali Mutlu, CEO at ArtResin. “Over time, we’ve heard from many artists who have extra resin or hardener left over after completing a project. By offering each component separately, we’re making it easier for them to replenish only what they need, helping reduce waste and maximise value.”

    Resin Only Without Hardener

The change reflects ArtResin’s ongoing commitment to providing practical, customer-focused solutions for the creative community. While the resin-to-hardener ratio should always remain consistent for proper curing, leftover amounts can occur due to spills, measuring errors, or uneven pours. Offering single replacement bottles allows artists to top up as needed, reducing waste and giving them greater control over their materials – saving money by avoiding the purchase of an entirely new kit.

Industry observers note that flexibility in supply is increasingly important in the art materials market, especially for independent artists who often balance creativity with tight budgets and storage limitations. By introducing individual bottles, ArtResin positions itself as a forward-thinking supplier that listens closely to customer needs.

The expansion also supports sustainability efforts in the art sector. Allowing buyers to top up only the component they’ve run out of reduces unnecessary packaging and minimises the disposal of unused resin or hardener. This new option helps artists, schools, community art programmes, and makerspaces extend the life of their existing supplies, while lowering costs and environmental impact.

“This change just makes sense,” said Ali. “When one bottle runs out, there’s no need to buy a whole new kit. It gives artists more control over their materials, helps reduce waste, and saves money – without interrupting their creative flow.”

ArtResin continues to emphasise education and safety, providing comprehensive instructions and resources on its website to ensure users achieve the best results. Customers can find detailed guidance on mixing ratios, working times, and curing processes, whether they are purchasing full kits or individual bottles.

The individual bottles are now available through the US ArtResin website and will be offered alongside the company’s complete range of epoxy resin kits and accessories. This expansion marks the latest step in ArtResin’s mission to inspire creativity and support artists with high-quality, user-friendly materials.

  • Irish Workers Seek More Innovative Employers, Auxilion Survey Finds

Irish Workers Seek More Innovative Employers, Auxilion Survey Finds

Dublin – One in three workers in Ireland are applying for roles in more innovative companies, according to new research released today by Auxilion, the Irish IT managed services provider.

The survey, conducted by Censuswide among 1,000 office workers, revealed that 33% of respondents are actively seeking employment in organisations they view as more innovative. A lack of innovation was cited by 19% as a reason for leaving their current role. However, poor salary (54%), limited career progression (40%), and lack of opportunity (35%) were more frequently given as driving factors.

    Auxilion Logo

A significant proportion of employees remain unconvinced about the innovative culture of their workplace. One third (33%) said their organisation is not innovative, despite 57% stating that their company asks for staff feedback on innovation projects. Sixty-two per cent of workers reported that innovation is encouraged in their workplace, while the same percentage described their employer as forward thinking on technology. Almost two thirds (65%) said their company regularly updates or adopts new technologies.

The findings also highlight the challenges organisations face when undergoing change. Nearly half (49%) of businesses undertook a transformation programme in the past year, such as restructuring or large-scale technology rollouts. Forty-one per cent are currently in the midst of such a programme, yet 49% of workers described these processes as disruptive.

Job security remains a key concern. More than a third (34%) of respondents said their company had announced redundancies in the last year. Forty per cent identified job security as their biggest fear when organisational change takes place, followed by increased workload (29%) and loss of autonomy (13%).

Only half of employees (50%) feel involved in decision-making during periods of change, while nearly a third (31%) admitted they do not trust senior leadership to manage change effectively. Poor communication (30%) was rated the biggest leadership mistake during times of transformation, with failing to involve staff (20%) and rushing decisions (19%) also high on the list.

The results illustrate the delicate balance between transformation and stability in the Irish workplace. While innovation is seen as critical for long-term competitiveness, workers continue to weigh this against concerns about disruption and security. The data suggests that many employees welcome new ideas and technologies but want a stronger voice in how these are introduced. Greater collaboration and transparency during change processes may help organisations hold onto skilled staff while still evolving to meet business challenges.

Commenting on the results, Eleanor Dempsey, Director of Strategy, Innovation and Transformation at Auxilion, said: “To thrive, companies should embrace and empower change. Local Cleaning Expert Answers: “What Is Typically Included in a Deep Clean?”

Kitchener, ON – KCS Kitchener Cleaning Services has released comprehensive guidelines defining the scope of professional deep cleaning services after receiving increased inquiries from homeowners confused about service inclusions throughout the Kitchener-Waterloo region.

The cleaning services company published the detailed clarification following a 40% increase in service requests from customers who were uncertain about the difference between regular and deep cleaning appointments. The educational resource addresses the most frequently asked question the company receives from prospective clients seeking comprehensive home cleaning solutions.

“Homeowners often call asking exactly what’s included in a deep clean versus regular maintenance cleaning,” said a company spokesperson. “We created detailed guidelines to help people understand the comprehensive nature of these services and make informed decisions about their home care needs.”

The newly published guidelines outline room-by-room deep cleaning procedures that extend significantly beyond surface-level maintenance tasks. Kitchen deep cleaning protocols include interior appliance cleaning for ovens, refrigerators, and microwaves, along with comprehensive cabinet sanitisation, both inside and outside surfaces. The process also involves countertop deep cleaning, sink sanitisation, and grease removal from areas typically missed during routine cleaning appointments.

Bathroom deep cleaning encompasses extensive fixture descaling, comprehensive tile cleaning, and thorough sanitisation of hard-to-reach areas behind toilets and around tub bases. Shower enclosures receive detailed attention, including grout cleaning and fixture polishing that removes mineral buildup accumulated over months of regular use.

Living areas and bedrooms receive specialised attention to baseboards, air vents, window tracks, and spaces behind furniture that accumulate dust and allergens over extended periods. Floor treatments vary by surface type, with carpet shampooing, hardwood polishing, and tile grout scrubbing included as needed throughout the home.

The company reports that many customers schedule deep cleaning services seasonally, particularly during spring and fall transitions when homes require comprehensive refreshing. Others request the service before major events, holiday gatherings, or when preparing homes for special occasions requiring thorough presentation standards.

Health considerations drive a significant portion of deep cleaning requests, as the comprehensive process removes allergens, dust mites, and bacteria from neglected spaces that regular cleaning cannot adequately address. Indoor air quality improvement represents a primary motivation for many clients seeking these expanded services.

Households with pets and young children represent the largest demographic seeking deep cleaning services, as these homes typically require more intensive cleaning attention due to increased activity levels and specialised sanitation needs. Pet dander removal and child-safe sanitisation protocols form integral components of the service offering.

The guidelines also address frequency recommendations, suggesting seasonal deep cleaning appointments for optimal home maintenance. Homes with higher occupancy levels or pet ownership may require more frequent deep cleaning services to maintain healthy indoor environments.

KCS Kitchener Cleaning Services has expanded its service capacity and staff availability to meet growing demand across Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, and Guelph. The company provides detailed service explanations and complimentary estimates to help customers understand cleaning scope and scheduling requirements.

Professional equipment and eco-conscious cleaning products distinguish deep cleaning services from standard maintenance appointments. Trained technicians utilise specialised tools and techniques that deliver more thorough results than typical household cleaning methods can achieve.

The educational guidelines emphasise the time-intensive nature of deep cleaning services, explaining why professional assistance often proves more effective than attempting comprehensive cleaning independently. Homeowners benefit from professional expertise, proper equipment, and systematic approaches that ensure no areas are overlooked during the process.

Customer satisfaction rates have increased alongside service demand, with clients reporting noticeable improvements in home cleanliness, air quality, and overall living environment comfort following deep cleaning appointments.

  • AI Disruption and Rising Burnout Drive Conversation on Time Ownership, Examined in Bill Korman’s The 168 Game

AI Disruption and Rising Burnout Drive Conversation on Time Ownership, Examined in Bill Korman’s The 168 Game

    Annapolis, Maryland – September 12, 2025 – (PRESS ADVANTAGE) –

As artificial intelligence transforms industries and burnout escalates, with Gallup reporting nearly 60 percent of workers disengaged, new approaches to time use are entering the discussion. One example, outlined by retired Navy Chief Bill Korman in The 168 Game: Time Ownership vs. Time Management, considers how professionals, parents, and organizations might evaluate their 168 hours each week and align them with personal and organizational priorities.

His perspective draws on lived experience and connects to challenges visible across workplaces nationwide. In New Jersey, he observed his immigrant father work long hours while advancement remained out of reach, illustrating how effort alone does not always secure upward mobility—an issue echoed today as many face stagnant wages despite longer hours. In discussing The 168 Game, Korman commented that the question is less about managing time and more about how individuals think about it, asking whether the 168 hours available each week are aligned with values and priorities or spent in reaction to external pressures.

The 168 Game introduces what Korman terms the MVP Framework—Morals, Values, and Principles. The framework outlines a process for identifying priorities and considering how hours are allocated. Rather than describing time in terms of ‘balance,’ it focuses on creating harmony within the hours already available. Interest in such models has grown as artificial intelligence reshapes workplace demands and raises expectations for continuous output, prompting renewed discussion on how people structure their time.

Independent research provides additional context. Gallup’s State of the Global Workplace 2023 reported disengagement and burnout at sustained record levels, while a study by the National Endowment for Financial Education found that households using literacy-based financial and time strategies experienced greater stability, reduced stress, and improved productivity. These findings relate to themes also addressed in Korman’s The 168 Game.

Korman’s career background has shaped his perspective on time use. During his 20 years in the Navy, managing time often meant survival. Later, as a financial strategist and business leader, he applied similar principles while helping guide one of PHP Agency’s offices, where he supported 760 agents through systems built on discipline and accountability. As the founder of Built for Life Financial Agency, he has incorporated financial literacy into discussions of time use.

The 168 Game presents exercises for evaluating how time is spent, strategies for limiting distractions, and approaches to clarifying priorities. The framework is discussed in relation to different settings, including families aiming to preserve shared time, entrepreneurs considering opportunities, and professionals working toward more deliberate planning.

Korman describes the challenge as a choice: continue reacting to the accelerating pace of life as technology reshapes industries, or direct available hours with greater clarity. He notes that as work evolves, those who approach their time with deliberation may be better able to adapt.
